Candidate-reported interview process
The process involved meeting with a manager and a VP, followed by a case study about a deal. This case study required summarizing information, creating slides, and presenting in English. A lot of questions focused on motivation, specifically why we are interested in this company over others.
Had a personal interview over the phone. It started with an extempore speech, and then I was asked a bunch of technical questions covering different areas of the hospitality industry, like Front Office, F&B, and Food Production.
The whole process was quick and easy, and the team was super helpful, keeping the interview light and relaxed. It was great that the manager got straight to the point without asking overly subjective or interpretive questions.
