The first call with HR was supposed to be a quick 30 minute chat. I thought I'd just go over my experience and talk about myself. But, it turned out to be super structured and formal. They asked situational questions, which I usually expect in the second round with the department manager.
It was a fast process, even though the interview was long, it felt like a chat. I sent my CV and the next day I was called for the interview, which lasted a few hours. A few days later, I received the approval.
