Candidate-reported interview process

Standard process with a phone call with HR, then an interview with the manager, followed by an in-person interview with the N+2. . . . . . . . . . .

The hiring process is how a company checks out a candidate for hiring. First, the company figures out what they need, writes up the job post, and picks the best applicants. The candidate looks into the company and gets ready for common questions. Then, there's a first chat, maybe on the phone or video, to see if both sides are interested and to go over the resume. After that, the candidate meets with one or more recruiters to talk about their past work, skills, and why they want the job. This might involve role-playing or technical tests. Finally, the company looks at how all the candidates did.

The interview process was very smooth and classic. The interviewer replied quickly and efficiently. The main questions were about pitch/presentation, previous project management experiences, and previous interactions with multidiverse teams.
