I did a take-home assessment where I had to use python and do statistical data analysis. After that, I had a presentation for two technical staff members, one senior and one head. The presentation had two parts: first, a technical part for the take-home test, and then a culture fit part. I didn't get through because I didn't have much trading experience.

I had a phone interview, but after the initial call with the recruiter, there was no further communication. I sent an email to follow up on the next steps, but I didn't get a response, not even an email saying they weren't moving forward.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. They asked questions about my previous experience handling customer situations, upsell and cross-selling, etc. It's good to research the company and be open with shifts and working in different stores. They like to see that you're flexible.

I applied for a role and was contacted via Indeed. First, I had to do an online 'game' which I passed. Then, I had an interview two weeks later. The manager seemed unsure about the job and interview process. She mostly read the job description and didn't let me talk about my background, even though I have lots of customer service experience. She also told me last minute that the job involved travel to different branches, which wasn't in the online ad and she admitted was unfair. She said she didn't know how hiring worked and HR made the final call, so many questions went unanswered. She also mentioned another candidate returned after two weeks with no follow-up, showing disorganization. I left confused and unsure. Maybe they already had someone or didn't like that I don't drive, despite my offer to use public transport. The whole hiring process felt unprofessional and disorganized from the start. No updates from HR, and the interview felt like a formality. This is a warning to others. Proceed with caution.

Create a dice-rolling function (1-6) that rolls up to 6 times. The total should be under 101. Multiply each roll by 10 for the sum, but if a roll makes it go over 101, add the roll's base value instead.
