I've never written a Glassdoor review for an interview before, but sending an automated no-reply rejection email with zero specifics after a 10-12 hour commitment isn't ok. I understand why these policies are in place but the practice is wrong. The process started with a 30 min phone screen, followed by a 24 hour take home assignment where you should be creative and show initiative to use their API to the fullest in your final product, as it goes a long way. Then there was a 5 hour onsite interview. For the onsite, they follow the Amazon model of interviews. So be on the lookout for the 'bar raiser' that will grill you a bit. The final round was three hours of behavioral and two hours of technical interviews. The technical part included one algo and one front-end assessment. To prepare for the algo, grind leetcode. Easy/Medium level. To prepare for the frontend, just be able to do basic React/HTML forms in your sleep. To prepare for the behavioral interviews, be sure to have a lot of concrete 'STAR' examples (Google it). Particularly around Leadership and Action. They want their people to have bottom up leadership so have situations/tasks/actions/and results that demonstrate your ability to basically take the ball and run with it for the user. Their company values are on the website so just have a few good answers for those. Hope you find this information helpful, and I hope they change their no-reply policy.

It was good and technically strong for the interview. Prepare on advance so you can tackle the interview. There were some problem solving questions using java. We were asked to share the screen and solve the problem by explaining it step by step

There were three rounds of interviews. The first was an HR round where they asked general questions. The second was a peer programming interview with three programmers where I had to write code. The third was a manager level interview.
