It was an easy interview with basic questions about your background. They want to know if you're a team player, so expect questions about how you work with others. They'll also ask about your willingness to go beyond your role to support the company. Just review the job description and recall instances where you performed those duties.

I went to an open day at a store and answered some easy questions like why I wanted to work there, my experience, and my notice period. Within two days, they emailed me to do some online tests, including basic math ones. Two days later, I got a call for a short 10-minute phone interview that was competency-based. They told me I passed that stage and invited me for another interview the next week. This interview was with the Area manager and a general manager. They asked me competency questions, like about dealing with tough customers, and also about the company, so I'm glad I did some research. It lasted about 45 minutes. The next day, they called and offered me the job!

First, you fill out an application online. Then, you take a personality test online, which is pretty straightforward. After that, there's an interview with mental math questions and some scenario questions where you pick from ABCD options. It's quite formal, and they ask about experience in busy environments and working under pressure. They provide full training, so no gambling experience is needed.
