It started with a phone call to check my right to work, and then they invited me for an in-person interview. It was pretty relaxed, and they asked me about my management experience and how I'd deal with stressful situations. They also wanted to know about my knowledge of the industry. Two people interviewed me, and they said they'd let me know the outcome. Just a few hours later, they called to offer me the job and sent an email about starting.
