Marketing Automation Specialist
The interview went smoothly. I asked for feedback at the end and was told I wasn't a match for the company, even though the manager had approved me earlier. I went through 3 interviews, and if I had known I wouldn't be a match in the end, I wouldn't have even done the second one. I left the interview feeling confident I'd pass, but in the end, I felt like I wasted my time. Good luck finding qualified people, I think it's pretty difficult.
- Could you tell me about yourself?
- Can you discuss your projects?
Director of Product Design
So I had a recruiter call first, then an interview with the hiring manager. After that, there was a group interview where I had to give a presentation, and then a cross-department interview. The questions in that last one were super specific to the company but also really vague and just badly explained. I put in a ton of time, four interviews in total, plus prepping and giving that presentation, and then... nothing. Total ghosting. I reached out to both the recruiter and the hiring manager afterward, but still no word. Really unprofessional and rude, heads up to anyone else considering interviewing here.
- How would you approach designing an API that lacks a user interface?
Software Development Engineer
So they had 2 rounds. First was a Technical Round where I was asked 2 DSA questions, pretty much like leetcode ones. One was hard, the minimum substring window, and the other was leetcode medium, Target Sum in Tree. I got both right, spent about 10 mins on each. Second round was Techno-managerial. They asked me questions based on my resume. Unfortunately, I didn't get through this round because my resume had a lot of ML/GenAI stuff, and they were looking for someone purely focused on development.
- The first question was the hard one: Minimum substring window.
- The second question was leetcode medium: Target Sum in Tree.
Customer Service Representative
You'll start with a 30-minute recruiter call to chat about your background, the job, and if it's a good fit. Then, depending on the role, there might be a take-home coding challenge or an online assessment to see how you solve problems. Next, you'll have a video chat with the hiring manager to go over your technical skills, projects, and tools you know. After that, you'll meet with your future teammates to check out how you work together and if you'd fit in. Finally, there could be a panel interview with people from different teams where you'll talk about your tech skills, how you manage projects, and how you handle tough tasks. If all goes well, you'll get an offer and we'll sort out the salary, benefits, and getting you started.
