The interview process was pretty straightforward. It involved an SQL case question, some Tableau questions, and then project and behavioral questions. They ended up offering me the role, but then they rescinded it, stating the position was on hold. It was a really strange situation. I've seen others mention this happening, so just be aware, they might not be serious about hiring.

My interview experience with WEX Inc. was pretty disappointing. I first applied for a Data Analyst role and got to the hiring manager interview. Then I got an email that the position was filled internally and I was moved to interview for a different role. I made it to the final interview for this second role, meeting with directors, but was told that role was also filled. The recruiter told me about a third opening, but just before the final interview, I got an email canceling it because they found someone with more suitable skills. This whole thing took over a month and a half. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend WEX unless you're okay with possibly wasting your time.

Really good, fast process, no tricks. The people here are genuine and focused on finding candidates with the right mindset to join the team, rather than wasting candidate time on technical tests. Not saying there's no technical test... it's more about understanding concepts than memorizing.
