The interview process was confusing and unguided. I think I was supposed to interview myself? The person who was supposed to interview me seemed distant and acted like I was disgusting. I don't think there was anything wrong with me. She didn't ask many questions. I was basically told I didn't have enough experience for an internship, even though I had just graduated college. They didn't even require a master's degree. I've since gotten an internship with the state and I'm doing well there, getting opportunities and being called adaptable. Their loss; Wex doesn't seem like a nice place to work.
