Customer Service Representative
You'll start with a 30-minute recruiter call to chat about your background, the job, and if it's a good fit. Then, depending on the role, there might be a take-home coding challenge or an online assessment to see how you solve problems. Next, you'll have a video chat with the hiring manager to go over your technical skills, projects, and tools you know. After that, you'll meet with your future teammates to check out how you work together and if you'd fit in. Finally, there could be a panel interview with people from different teams where you'll talk about your tech skills, how you manage projects, and how you handle tough tasks. If all goes well, you'll get an offer and we'll sort out the salary, benefits, and getting you started.
- To gauge your comfort and effectiveness working remotely
Customer Service Representative
The interview process started with a phone call with the recruiter, which was a pleasant experience. They were quick to let me know about the next steps, which was a Zoom interview. Following that, I received a prompt decision via email. The background check was standard procedure, though it did cause a bit of anxiety even though I have a clean record. Overall, the communication was very good and responsive.
- Can you share an instance where you had a conflict with a colleague?
Customer Service Representative
I was interviewed by three separate groups of people, with each group having 3 to 4 interviewers. They asked the same kinds of questions as the previous group. It feels like they should have coordinated their questions beforehand. A lot of the questions were identical to what the group before me asked.
- Tell me about a time you dealt with a challenging customer.
