Software QA Engineer
First, there was a phone call, then a panel interview with four people, and then a final call with a recruiter who made an offer. The first phone call was just the recruiter asking some basic questions. The panel interview was more of a discussion and behavioral assessment.

Few stages, clear. Indication of the English level required for the vacancy. Interview with HR to assess soft skills, interview with the technical team to check hard skills and a conversation with the Hiring Manager for the vacancy. No live coding during the process.

Software QA Engineer
So the first step was this phone call where they wanted to know when I could talk to the hiring managers and what my salary expectations were. Then like 2 weeks later I had the interview with two hiring managers, and it was mostly behavioral questions. The whole process was a little rocky communication-wise, my interview got pushed back a few times, and when I emailed the recruiter about 2 weeks after the interview to check on things, I didn't hear back until they gave me the offer.
