Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

The whole thing was three rounds, pretty organized. Started with HR checking me out, seeing if I'd fit in. Then, a technical chat with the Hiring Manager, talking about me moving from Partnership Sales to Strategic Account Management. We got into how my sales experience helps find ways to grow within current accounts and my approach to keeping partnerships strong over time. The last part was a strategic session with the Director of Partnerships for Spain. Since I'm coming from Germany to Spain, we talked about me adjusting to a different business scene and how I'd use my experience from a more rigid market (DACH) to boost growth in Spain. Everyone was really professional, and the questions were a good mix of how to actually do things and big-picture regional strategy.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Considering the differences between the German and Spanish markets, how would you adjust your partnership strategy from a structured approach to a more relationship-focused one, particularly as a non-native speaker?

Behavioral Other

The interview process consisted of three steps: an initial interview with the recruiter, a second interview with the manager, and finally a written test. The entire process was very professional and moved quickly. Honestly, it was one of the best interview experiences I’ve ever had. I felt genuinely valued and treated like an individual whose time and experience mattered. My recruiter, Luan Oliveira, was incredibly supportive and guided me through every step. I didn’t think such a positive and human interview process was even possible, and it left me with a truly great impression of the company overall.

Coding System Design Behavioral

It was a structured and technical process. First, a call with the recruiting team to make sure we were aligned on the role, seniority, pay, and to talk about my career. Then, a 2-hour technical interview that had live coding, like LeetCode medium problems, and a system design part where we talked about scalability, architecture choices, and how to design APIs. Finally, I met with a tech lead or engineering director for the area. We went deeper into my past experiences, my technical outlook, and my understanding of distributed systems, scalability, databases, caching, observability, and also how I handle leadership and solve conflicts.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Generally, questions covered application observability and health, like metrics and monitoring, to microservices architecture, discussing concepts like idempotency and service granularity. They also explored quality management under delivery pressure, like dealing with technical debt, documentations. Besides approaching incident management: production support, post-mortems, etc.
