Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process was quick, finishing all three rounds in just one week. It kicked off with a recruiter chat, then I met with the Hiring Manager and the Department Director. The questions were tough, mainly about how my past wins would directly benefit the company. But honestly, the vibe was super friendly. They were open and made me feel comfortable, so it felt like a real chat, not just a Q&A. They kept me in the loop and set expectations clearly.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

The hiring process involved four one-on-one interviews with key team members: the Talent Acquisition Lead Associate, the Senior Manager of Client Sales & Success SMB, the Director of Partnerships, and the VP of SMB. Following these interviews, two professional referrals were required, who could be a current or former manager, coworker, or client. Hector Guerrero from HR was exceptionally communicative, empathetic, and honest, which really helped me navigate the process and prepare for success after my initial chat with him. The interview with the Senior Manager of Client Sales & Success SMB was more technical, focusing on my background, sales approach, soft and hard skills relevant to the position, my motivations, understanding of the role, and key performance indicators. It also included a brief role-playing scenario simulating the end of a sales meeting after a demo. The Director of Partnerships interview was very upfront, aiming to clarify expectations and address any potential red flags in my experience that might prevent me from joining the team. This interviewer paid close attention to detail, even noticing my volunteer work from 2023 on my LinkedIn profile, showing genuine curiosity about individuals, a great quality for sales and management. They were transparent and direct. The interview with the VP of SMB was similar, primarily focused on learning more about me and determining if certain doubts were disqualifiers or if there were valid explanations. This was perhaps the most demanding interview, as this individual was less transparent than the previous one, though still very direct. Similar to the others, they displayed empathy and active listening, and made comments indicating an interest in others, which is beneficial for sales and management roles. Additionally, I had a referral from a senior sales manager with over five years at the company. This person's positive opinion likely played a role not only in securing the interviews but also in the final decision. Having a credible internal advocate can be a significant advantage.

Behavioral Case Presentation

First, I had an hour-long online interview with the HR Manager. Then, a second online interview with the Sales Director. After that, a long and fourth in-person interview at the office with the local HR and Sales Director. They told me that I completed all the steps and they'd let me know. I wasn't selected, but they said I could be considered for a similar position. There was also an online interview in English with the function manager, and I had to prepare a business case to present in another interview, followed by another hour-long online interview in English to present my work. All of this happened within a month. And guess what? They disappeared without a word! Ridiculous!
