I found it tough because I gave my all to the case test (around 6 days deadline), pulling all-nighters to deliver my best design sprint ever. It was enjoyable and very well received by the evaluators. Inês Rios managed the process of about 5 stages (initial chat, case, tech, with VP and Director, meeting the international folks from the team...) and she was one of the best HR people I've dealt with in these processes. Super human approach. 10% English in each chat and the last one, 100% in English (since it's not a role that requires fluent/advanced English). After I finalize the process I'll change the info about the offer.
- Can you summarize your professional background?
- What has been your greatest challenge?
- Tell me about a significant conflict you faced and how you resolved it.

The interview was split into five stages. The first was with HR. Nice, but fatphobic. When explaining why Gympass was born, they gave an example of bariatric surgery instead of talking about the company's values. There was a question in English, very easy to answer. At this point, it wasn't clear how the process would be. In fact, the process was never clear, I had to keep asking several times. In the last interviews, one of the interviewers couldn't participate, extending it to 5 instead of 4 chats. At the end of the 5 interviews, and when they said they found another professional, I went to give feedback to the company about the selection process, and said I felt a lack of diversity in the process. I was interviewed by 5 white, cis men. No women, no black people, no fat people. When I questioned this, they simply replied that they couldn't reconcile the schedules of the women leaders and that they were outside the "standard," as if "standard" was totally strange. They said they would send a form for me to evaluate the process and I had to chase them AGAIN for the form because they are not structured at all.
- Tell me about your design processes.
- What do you do in your free time? (in English)

I went through one interview and haven't heard back from the company since. It was basically an introductory chat, but it would've been nice to get some feedback or even just an email saying the role was filled.
- Can you walk me through your professional journey?
