So I went through a 4-stage interview process for this BDR role in Miami. It included two interviews, a case presentation, and then a final interview. The whole thing was really smooth and well-organized, and it all happened within 3 weeks. I got an offer pretty quickly after the last interview. Everyone I talked to, from the recruiters to the senior people, was super professional, respectful, and made me feel really welcome. The interviews were mostly behavioral and situational, focused on how I think and communicate. No weird or unexpected questions, just good conversations to get to know me. Overall, it was a great experience, and I really liked how structured and transparent it was. It's clear they put a lot of effort into hiring. I'd totally recommend it.

It took me three months and five different interviews to get through this process. It felt really long and wasn't put together well at all. Communication from the recruiter was bad, and for an entry level job, it was a really rough experience.

The whole thing took about a month. I heard back from the recruiter about two weeks after applying and then set up my first interview for the following week. There were three interviews in total, each lasting about 30-45 minutes. Two were virtual, and the final one was in person. They also did 2-3 reference checks. Everything went really well. You'll chat with the recruiter, a sales manager, and then the sales executive. They were all nice. It's good to talk about what you've done and achieved in past sales or business development roles, show how you'd be a good fit by explaining the value you'd bring to Gympass and how you'd do it (be yourself, mention goals that fit the company, and don't be too pushy with sales talk). Make sure your answers are well-thought-out and clear. Think of it as a conversation, but keep it professional.
