The hiring process is broken down into several stages. First, there's a technical test, which is the easiest part and happens before you talk to anyone. It required basic JavaScript and React knowledge and was supposed to take 2 hours, but I finished it in about thirty minutes. It might seem easy, but it really tests your foundational knowledge, filtering out those who just took those quick online courses. After that, you have a chat with the Talent Acquisition person handling your application. It's a really nice conversation to get to know you and for you to learn about the company. The third stage is a talk with an engineering tech lead and the engineering manager. This is more technical, discussing solutions for real-world problems. They really dig into details, and everything you say can be used against you. It's a pretty cool stage, though. Finally, there's a meeting with the hiring manager and other engineering directors. Similar to the previous stage, you'll discuss more technical engineering topics, your experiences, and understand the internal development processes better.

They'll ask about feedback you've received, your biggest weaknesses and strengths, and how you deal with different scenarios. It's a pretty quick process, usually taking about three weeks, and the difficulty is about what you'd expect for a senior role.
