Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Wellhub.
Customer Experience Analyst
My selection process involved 4 interviews. The first was a brief phone call. The second was with the HR manager. The third was with the national team lead, and the fourth with the head of the area for Europe.
- Initially, they made me feel very comfortable with a simple interview to get to know me better.
- During the interview with the team lead, they assessed my English level and professional experience, asked me to explain a difficult situation I had to manage, and inquired about my expectations for the position.
- The last interview focused heavily on my future expectations and what I could contribute to the role and the company overall.
Customer Experience Analyst
I applied online. Got an email saying my profile was a great fit and was invited to an online chat. This chat was a group activity (HR and other candidates). We had 5 minutes to talk about ourselves, our English level, and how we fit the company. I passed the activity and then received 3 cases from the department via email. They never mentioned salary or working hours, but from other comments, it seems salary isn't disclosed to avoid candidates declining. Two weeks later, I got an automatic email saying I didn't pass. I think considering the company's proposal, the feedback could have been more personalized.
- How would you rate your English level?
- Why are you a good fit for this company?
Customer Experience Analyst
I applied through LinkedIn and all contact with the team was via WhatsApp after submitting my application. The process took about 10 days until the final result. The first interview was very calm and light, the person who conducted it was very friendly and focused a lot on questions that made sense for the role. After that, I did a CASE specific to the job, I found the case extensive and a bit confusing. Finally, I had the interview with the leadership, this one was much more technical (although it was also very informal) and there we talked a lot about the systems and about previous experiences in more detail. I had feedback a few hours after the conversation with the leadership.
- Do you think there is any aspect of the role that you still need to develop? What systems do you know and how did you use them?
