The hiring process was composed only of interviews, there was no role play or business case. I interviewed with HR, had a language assessment interviews, hiring manager and team members. Each interviewer had their own competency to assess, like cultures, business acumen, sales knowledge and so on.

So, first there was a phone screen, then an in-person interview, and finally a call with someone from a different department. I really clicked with everyone. They gave me a verbal offer after the last call, but said the official offer was pending the team structure and commission details. I followed up for a couple of months since I was told it wouldn't be long, and I wasn't going to quit my job without a written offer. But then, crickets for 1-2 months. They totally ghosted me. It was super unprofessional, especially since I was so hyped about the role and thought they were great up until that point. Very disappointing from a company that looked so promising.

We had an initial chat, and then I went on to have four more conversations with different people from the company and the team. The whole experience was really smooth and nice. They kept me informed after each meeting, so I never felt like I was left waiting or out of the loop. Overall, it was a very positive and easy process.
