It was a bunch of nine very short interviews. Started with the recruiter, then the hiring manager, then a mix of people I'd be working with - peers, people who'd report to me, and higher-ups. The last interview was with the CPO of the main company. I also had to do a case study and give them my professional references.

So, I had a recruiter call first, then two video interviews on Google Meet. The first video interview was with a senior DBA. The second one was a longer one, like two hours, and there were 5 DBAs and architects. That second interview was the toughest, and they were all back-to-back. They were pretty cool about it though, really nice and understanding. I didn't end up getting the job, which was a bummer, but it was still a good experience. I'm still in touch with the recruiter.

I had a call with the recruiter, then spoke with the hiring manager, then there was a take-home assessment, and finally a 1.5 hour panel interview. I declined to proceed with the interview process though. They wanted me to come into the office 3 days a week, jump through multiple hoops to have a shot at working with them, and also wanted me to take a $20k USD pay cut.

So after my application got shortlisted, first up was an online technical test that lasted an hour. It had MCQs and 4 coding questions, using Python and SQL. Then came a 45-minute technical interview. The third round was a mix of technical and managerial stuff. They seemed a bit hesitant because my tech stack wasn't exactly what they use, but the HR knew about it. After that third round, I got ghosted, so I'm guessing I didn't get the offer.
