I went through three separate interviews where I met with about 7 or 8 different people on the team, all with different job titles and levels of experience. It was a pretty good experience overall, though my future boss, the hiring manager, started off by telling me "I was only there because everyone else liked me" before we even began the interview. He also made me stay until I could name three negative things about my current job.

I applied online and got an email a few days later for an interview, skipping the phone screen. I expected to meet 3 people but ended up meeting 4. Half of them were friendly, and we connected well, making it a conversational interview. They even said I was a good fit. The other two, however, were rude and made me feel uncomfortable, seeming to just exert their power. One person kept disagreeing with me about what I was looking for or what the job entails, even though others agreed with my statements. It felt like they had a personal issue or didn't like my appearance from the start. The other interviewer was odd, just staring and taking notes after my answers, and once asked 'what does that mean' to a clear response. They definitely seemed to want to make me uncomfortable and show their authority. I didn't follow up because of the bad impression, and I still haven't heard back about not moving forward.

I had a meeting with the manager of the team and also with the current planners on the team. They asked me questions about what I currently do and how I think this new role applies to what I currently do.
