Applied online and also reached out to the hiring manager. The first interview was a 15 min screen with HR to check experience and pay. Then, I had an interview with the sales leader, followed by one with a peer. The final interview was with the hiring manager. The whole process was quite slow, with at least a week between interviews before scheduling the next steps. It felt like they might have already had someone in mind and were just keeping me in the loop in case that didn't work out.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview started with a phone call to discuss my background and see if I was a good fit. Then, I met with a senior team member. After that, I had to give a presentation to the department manager and two senior folks about where the finance team could go in the future, specifically covering financial forecasting, planning, and business analysis. They also wanted to get to know me better during this part. I didn't hear back for a while until I followed up. Even though they thought the interview went well, they said I didn't get the job because I'm a recent grad and lack experience.

Behavioral Technical

This was a really unprofessional interview process. It started with a screening call, then a casual chat with the hiring manager about the team. I got good vibes then. The manager said I'd have a follow-up meeting to answer some technical questions, and I'd get the questions beforehand. But my contact, Krzysztof S., never set up that meeting. I tried to reach him, but he ghosted me. Then I got a generic rejection email from him saying my skills didn't match, even though I never had the technical interview! It felt like a mess, honestly. They didn't even know what stage I was at. Super unprofessional and a waste of my time. Too bad, because the manager seemed great and might have built a good team. This kind of thing needs to stop.

The interview process was pretty agile from the start. The HR team was super efficient and communicative, which was great. It kicked off with an initial interview, followed by a straightforward online coding test. After that, there were five more interviews, making it quite a long and tiring process overall, but it moved quickly. I actually did the last four interviews within a three-day period. Everyone I interacted with was very professional and nice, and they were well-organized, always giving me enough time to ask my own questions.
