Customer Service Representative
The interview process was not as tedious and stressful as you would expect. Usually the department in which you would be applying for would have their overall manager interview you first and then maybe one or two others would come in and ask you a few questions. Sometimes this company can take a while getting back with you and you think you did not get the job, but be patient
- If you were a kitchen tool, which one would you be and why?
Customer Service Representative
I applied online, which was super easy. Just put in my basic info and salary expectations. Then, they gave me a call for a quick phone chat where they asked similar questions. After that, they set me up for an in-person interview with two managers. They didn't ask much about my past experience, but focused more on how I'd handle customer situations. They said I'd hear back in 3 business days, and they did! I got the job and they sent the new hire paperwork via email.
- Can you describe a time you dealt with a challenging customer?
Customer Care Representative
They just wanted to see if you would be a good fit and if you could problem solve. They asked if you were familiar with the product and checked if you had any knowledge of voice over ip systems.
- Can you guess what item was bought at a store in 10 tries, by asking only questions to identify it?
