After passing the HR screen, and even though the position was for project management and integrations, the second interview was with a Business Analyst who admitted to not knowing much about the position but did ask several questions about resource prioritization.

I was asked typical PM questions about handling Win-Win, Win-Lose, and Lose-Lose situations. My take is that if you have significant PM experience, you've likely faced these scenarios. You can't claim to have never failed; learning comes from mistakes. This is what the interviewer seemed to be looking for, and I believe it's a common expectation. With over 5 years as a PM, you should be ready to provide detailed explanations of how you managed these kinds of situations. I don't think there's any avoiding this. This is just my opinion, and you might see it differently, but I think it's what the interviewer wanted.

The interview for Vonage was very simplistic. The first interview was face to face. The second round was a panel style interview with three people. It was scheduled for 30 minutes each. They wanted to learn more about who I am and my employment history. Very simple!
