The process was straightforward and clear. It included a chat with the HR recruiter, an Excel skills test, and a final meeting with the team leaders. I got feedback after each meeting, which helped me understand my employment prospects.

Case Presentation Behavioral

It started with a recruiter screening, then there was a one-hour interview where I had to present a case study assignment. After the presentation, I was interviewed on a video conference with 3 people. The tough part was preparing the case study on a pricing strategy because it was hard to do without knowing the actual expectations and the internal processes. So basically, I had to make up a fantasy scenario and was questioned about it for an hour, which was really stressful.

I applied online and two weeks later, HR reached out via email for an initial screening. They asked basic questions about my motivation for joining Vonage, my suitability for the role, and salary expectations. HR also provided an estimate of the remuneration to align expectations. The first interview was with a team member I'd be working closely with, focusing on my past experiences and detailing the role's responsibilities and typical scenarios. The second interview was a skills assessment, specifically an Excel test. I was sent a file and had to solve problems based on it to demonstrate my Excel proficiency. The third interview was with the hiring manager, who asked scenario-based questions ('what would you do?' or 'tell me about a time when...') related to the role. They also delved deeper into the technical skills and experiences on my resume. I didn't proceed to the final round. All interview logistics were handled via email since HR wasn't located locally. HR was very professional and responsive. A week after interviewing with the hiring manager, HR sent a personalized email informing me of the decision. The interview process and HR's professionalism made this a positive experience, and it's a company I'll consider for future openings.
