I was called in for a tour with a bunch of other people applying for the same job. When the tour was over, we had to fill out some paperwork and do a drug test. After we passed that, they told us that health insurance was mandatory and would be automatically taken out of our paychecks, but we could opt out if we had other insurance. Then they let us know when to come in for orientation.

Three interviews: one phone, one on Teams, and the last one in person at the facility. This might be different if you live closer since I was an out-of-area interviewee. They asked a lot of questions, even some that didn't seem related to the job, just to see if you'd fit in with the current team. For example, they asked if I'd serve popcorn to employees on Fridays.

I got a call out of the blue from HR one day and they said they wanted to talk. They said they'd email more details. No talk about salary range or what the interview process would be. The whole thing was a 4-person panel, but each interview was individual. I sent thank you notes to the hiring manager, other panelists, and HR. The hiring manager said he's big on feedback and would get back to me even if I didn't get the job. But, neither he nor HR ever responded with any feedback or even told me in person that I didn't get the job. Just an automated email. I was really disappointed with the lack of feedback. The process itself was fine though. Very straight forward and none of the questions were hard. I think HR should be upfront about salary and benefits from the first call and then follow up in person.
