Behavioral

It was a pretty simple and direct interview process. I talked with the main business leader, and they seemed really into it and asked some great questions. They really focus on whether you're a good culture fit, which I liked. Overall, it was a really nice experience.

The first interview was really good and detailed. The person interviewing me seemed interested and asked questions that actually related to the job and what I've done before. It felt more like a real conversation than just a standard corporate check.

Behavioral Technical

The interview was an hour long and mostly behavioral. They asked questions based on Tyson's five c's. It felt like they were just checking boxes instead of really seeing if I was a good fit. The technical questions felt random, like they weren't sure what they wanted. In the end, they ghosted me and then posted the job again the next week.
