Had a recruiter call, then interviewed with the hiring manager, then spoke with a team member, and finished with a panel interview. It all took about 6 weeks from the start to get an offer from the recruiter, and I started 2 weeks after that.

It was a 3 step hiring process with a phone interview, an in-person interview, and then a job offer. The staff are knowledgeable and expect you to know your stuff. They filter out unqualified candidates during the interviews. Overall, I'd say the interview process was average. They did ask some tough technical questions, though, that would be hard for a recent grad to answer.

The interview had three parts. First, a phone chat. Then, I had dinner with someone I'd be working with. Lastly, there was a four-hour group interview. We talked a lot about company culture and they emphasized that working long hours, over 40 a week, is the standard. One person mentioned that sometimes it's slow, and you might only work 9-hour days.
