Specialist
Based on how the interview was conducted and the recruiter's questions, I realized the interview wouldn't lead anywhere or provide feedback. This is my second time interviewing with this company; the first time, the recruiter contacted me outside of work hours, said they'd schedule an interview, and then when I followed up, the response was 'I forgot about you.' So, I didn't have high hopes for this one, and the outcome was the same. Certifications don't mean much. CULTURE isn't what's on the wall, but in behavior.

Business Development Analyst
The interview process had 2 stages. It was relatively straightforward. The first stage was with HR, and the second stage was with the area leadership. They asked standard questions like the biggest challenge you've faced and how you handled it, and about your previous experiences. There was also a roleplay during the interview, but nothing outside of the standard market practice.
- Have you ever received negative feedback? How did you react?
- Tell me about the biggest challenge you've ever faced and how you overcame it.
- Share your previous experiences relevant to this role.
Software Engineer
The selection process had three different conversation stages, each with different goals — from a more general profile assessment to a technical and cultural alignment approach. During the interviews, the impression conveyed was one of interest and continuity, as progressing to the third stage normally indicates a more rigorous pre-selection. Despite this, the most significant downside was the lack of response after the last conversation. There was no feedback, whether positive or negative, which creates a feeling of neglect and lack of consideration for the candidate.
- What is your experience level with Delphi and other programming languages?
Developer
The interview process was well-structured and divided into clear stages. Initially, there was a screening with HR, focused on understanding my experience, motivations, and cultural fit. Then, I had technical interviews with area managers, where practical questions were asked about my experience in previous projects, problem-solving, and proficiency with tools related to the position. There was also a technical case/practical challenge, which assesses the ability to apply knowledge in real situations. The whole process was conducted professionally and transparently, with feedback between stages. Communication was constant and clear, making the experience positive and organized.
- Could you share a technical challenge you encountered in a recent project and how you resolved it?
