I spoke with HR and two managers. They told me they needed to fill the position urgently and asked about my availability. I mentioned I had a vacation planned but could cancel it depending on the timing. They gave me feedback that I was a great fit for the profile and that they were waiting for an internal meeting to decide. After all this anticipation (we had already discussed salary expectations and were aligned), they simply stopped responding. I never received any feedback, so I still don't know if I wasn't selected or if the vacancy was canceled. I found it very disrespectful since I had progressed in the selection process. You never know what the future holds, but currently, I would never leave a job to accept an offer from a company that showed such a lack of respect during my interview process.

They wanted to know about my background, and then solve some cases that TOTVS proposed. We also talked about my hobbies, and my future perspective in the company. They talked about the area and introduced a manager responsible for the job openings.
