I went through two stages. The first was an HR interview, and the second was a technical interview. Both were pretty chill, especially the first one where the interviewer was super nice, which made me feel really comfortable. The whole process is very straightforward and fast, no messing around or pointless questions. Right after the first interview, we scheduled the second. The only downside is that there was no feedback at the end; I just got a generic email saying I didn't move forward.

Before and during the interview, the interviewer was nice. But after the interview, it wasn't the same. Months passed and no feedback was sent. I contacted them via email and LinkedIn, but no one replied. The company claims its processes are humanized and that it cares about diversity, but it's easy to see the lack of Black people, both in recruitment and in technology teams. Now, if you walk by the entrance of the office on Avenida Braz Leme, you can easily notice that the employees in cleaning and security positions are mostly Black. If this isn't the maintenance of structural racism, I don't know what is.
