I participated in the internship program, and overall it was smooth. We had a group activity to solve a case related to the specific role, and 15 minutes later the results of who passed the group activity were announced. Right after that, I had an interview with two managers from the area.

I got a referral from a friend who's already interning at Totvs. I went through the process, which involved submitting my resume and having an interview. The interview was pretty laid-back.
