Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at TOTVS.
Intern
I participated in the internship program, and overall it was smooth. We had a group activity to solve a case related to the specific role, and 15 minutes later the results of who passed the group activity were announced. Right after that, I had an interview with two managers from the area.
- They asked me what semester of college I was in.
- What programming languages do you know?
- What is something you excel at?
Intern
I got a referral from a friend who's already interning at Totvs. I went through the process, which involved submitting my resume and having an interview. The interview was pretty laid-back. They asked about my skills, explained the tasks, and everything was very chill. I felt completely at ease the whole time.
- Could you elaborate on your skills?
- What is your SQL and programming knowledge like?
- What kind of projects have you completed?
Intern
The interviewers were friendly and attentive. They asked about my personal and professional life, hobbies, daily routine, dreams, and goals. They also talked about the company and themselves, and asked if I had any questions.
- Tell me about your career goals and plans.
