Had a few stages. Started with HR for a basic profile interview and two small tests in logic and Portuguese. Then, there was a case presentation interview with managers. After that, another interview with different managers, and finally, a last interview with HR.

The interview was conducted quickly due to the urgency to fill the positions. First, I spoke with someone from HR about the company. Then, I spoke with the Senior Manager of the area. He reviewed my resume to see if I fit the profile for the vacancy, validated it, and then asked me to go to another room to complete assessments in Logical Reasoning, Writing, and Excel.

The hiring process showed a lack of consideration for the candidate, with poor organization and time management. Everything felt rushed and disorganized, with no feedback provided. They scheduled the start for 11 AM, beginning with an HR interview. Afterward, I was asked to complete three assessments: writing, logical reasoning, and reading comprehension. However, these tests were interrupted midway for another interview with the contract manager. When lunchtime arrived for the involved personnel, I was simply told to leave the completed tests at reception upon finishing, as they were going for lunch. It felt like a complete waste of two hours, and they didn't even bother to send a feedback email about the selection process.
