Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at TOTVS.
Executive Secretary
Process lasted about a month, with a few interviews, I made it to the final round, but the rejection came from a robot, without evaluating my performance. This is bad because the candidate was dedicated, it's important to have a more comprehensive feedback, as it shows how committed the company truly is from the beginning to the end of the process. And it's also a great opportunity for the candidate to improve for future opportunities.

Administrative Assistant
I had two interviews, one with the recruiter and another with the manager, on consecutive days. They both made me feel comfortable, were direct and friendly about the company and the role. I got the approval on the same day as the manager interview, which I thought was perfect and a differentiator compared to other processes I've done.

Administrative Assistant
The selection process included a resume screening, followed by an initial chat with an HR analyst to align company and candidate expectations. Afterward, a more in-depth interview was scheduled with the hiring manager to discuss knowledge, salary, benefits, working hours, past experiences, and short, medium, and long-term plans. Following these conversations, they gave a timeline for feedback and then the final decision on the selection process. It was a good process, but not what I expected. The salary seemed lower, and so did the benefits compared to other tech companies. Also, there were no perceived growth opportunities or internal processes for me.
- Tell me about your career, objectives, and future plans.
