It starts with applying, and if they need staff, they might call you back in a few days to a couple weeks. The whole thing can take a few days to several weeks. Most people have a casual, straightforward interview with a manager that lasts 5-20 minutes. They ask basic questions about your availability, customer service experience, ability to work fast, teamwork, handling tough customers, and why you want to work there. Some might ask about handling customer complaints or stressful situations. They decide pretty fast, maybe in a few days or up to two weeks. Offers are usually by phone or message. If hired, there's training with online modules or videos, hands-on stuff in the store, and orientation to the rules, usually starting about a week after you're hired.

The interview process was pretty easy and nice. I applied online (or in person), and they got in touch in a few days to have me come in for an interview. It was at the store with the manager. It was just me and the manager, a casual chat that went for about 15-20 minutes. They asked about my availability, if I had any past work experience, how I deal with customers, and why I wanted to work there. The manager also went over what the job involves and what they expect. It was fast and not too nerve-wracking. I was told I'd hear back soon, and they called within a few days with the news.
