First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Tim Hortons.
Assistant Manager
Got hired on the spot after a smooth and accommodating interview. The conversation was light and friendly, and salary was discussed. I heard back from them about a week after applying with some follow-up questions, and surprisingly, they invited me for an interview 2-3 days later. They were very friendly and helpful throughout the process.
- Can you describe how you manage during peak times?
Manager
The interview process had 4 stages. It wasn't too intense. They asked about my leadership style, previous experience working with people, and business operations. Then, they gave a overview of the job, who I would be working with, and I met the owners and other managers.
- Tell me about your leadership style.
Manager
Had a phone call, then an interview with the GM and Owner. It was an easy talk on the phone, then rapid-fire questions with the Owner about sales, knowledge, interview, functionality, and pay rate. It was an easy compare to other jobs and the interview is smooth.
