Team Leader
The process starts with a telephonic interview, followed by an online meeting. Then there's an offline interview with both HR and the manager. If you're selected, there's a normal orientation, and then they'll assess your capabilities for 3 months.

Had a few short interviews. Not many questions asked, and I wish more were about the actual work I'd be doing. The interviewer was professional and helped when I needed clarification. The whole thing was about 20 minutes. They clearly explained the job and what they were looking for.
