Behavioral Presentation

It was a video interview and then a panel interview with 5 people. They also had me do a marketing campaign, which included a landing page, an email newsletter, and 3 social media posts. It felt like they were just looking for ideas. I think any candidate who puts in the effort to complete a presentation should at least get a follow-up, no matter what.

It was pretty easy. They asked basic questions about my past jobs and what I'd do in certain scenarios. I got a tour of the place. The people were really nice. The managers were mostly interested in my lifeguard experience and any other jobs I'd had at pools.

Behavioral

The interview process was very prompt. I was contacted by a recruiter and asked to choose a day for the interview. The interview took place one week later via Microsoft Teams. There were many behavioral and situational questions. I’d recommend using the Star Method to answer these types of questions. It seemed like they wanted to hear about very specific examples based on my personal experiences where I had worked with children. I had to provide examples of how I handled challenging situations and dealt with conflict resolution.

it was a quick and easy interview process, with basic questions about my experience and background. the interviewer seemed rushed, like they had more pressing matters than interviewing a young person for a summer job. the process involved a call and then showing up for an in-person meeting. my interviewer was not expecting me, indicating a potential coordination issue.

  • Can you tell me about your experience working with kids?
