Behavioral Technical

It was a simple interview process, professional and polite, not overwhelming. There were one to two interviews with executive and C-level staff. Casual formal attire was expected, no need for a powersuit unless interviewing for a C-level role. There was a heavy emphasis on fitting into the Y culture, which was more important than interview wardrobe.

Behavioral

It was a simple interview process. They were looking for people who really wanted to work with children. Even though I didn't have any official experience, I've always been the oldest cousin with lots of younger ones, so I'm used to looking after little kids.

Group Presentation

We had a group interview scheduled with four interviewers for the same role, but only one showed up. Because of that, we had to reschedule for a one-on-one interview, which felt like a waste of time.
