Recruiting is tough because people are involved. Recruiters can make hiring faster and better by figuring out and fixing common problems that slow things down, using empathy and understanding people. Being empathetic doesn't just make the candidate feel better, it also leads to stronger connections and good results for everyone.

I applied online and got a call for an interview about a month later. The interview was with the Membership Director and Membership Coordinator. It was pretty easy with basic questions. They asked about my work experience and volunteer work, situational questions, and my schedule flexibility. A lot of their questions came straight from my resume and cover letter, so make sure everything on there is true because they might ask you to explain it more.
