Behavioral Other

I interviewed for a director job and talked with the CEO for over two hours. It was a bad and unprofessional experience. The CEO didn't seem to want to hire me, and just wanted to get ideas. The CEO was condescending and dismissive. I prepared and did the interview, but got no follow-up or thank you. This shows how the leadership treats people. The company has a reputation for bad employee retention at the management level. Good leaders inspire, respect, and communicate, but this CEO didn't. I would not work here.

I had a phone interview and then an in-person interview. I really liked the interview process. It was chill but still professional, and everyone was nice and clear about things. Just need to keep typing to meet the word count for the website.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a simple, straightforward process. They looked at my resume and then asked me some direct questions about teamwork, how I delegate, how I talk to senior people, my communication abilities, and how I market and build brands. I had a few interviews with the leadership team. After that, they did a background check, and then I got the offer.
