Mid Easy Negative experience No offer 2 rounds

It was completely unprofessional. They verbally offered me the job but later I found out that I wasn't actually offered the job and still had to interview. They didn't consider my time and weren't upfront about the whole job and position being dependent on the client's start date, and they kept pushing the date back. They wasted my time for a whole month. I had turned down other jobs because I thought I had been offered this one and was just waiting for the offer letter. The person I was talking to kept avoiding my questions about an offer letter and then finally admitted that I wouldn't be getting one, that I don't have the job, and that I have to interview again AND discuss pay, which they had already told me in the interview and never mentioned I'd have to negotiate.

Mid Easy Negative experience Decline offer 4 rounds

First off was a super quick 10-15 min Google Meet with a recruiter. Then, a wild personality test, like, at one point it asked how much seeing people get dismembered would bother me during my shift. After that, a vocab and pronunciation test, which felt weirdly like a call center job. To wrap it up, another Google Meet, this time with the hiring manager, but they seemed totally checked out, even took a call mid-interview. They finally got back to me a week later with a bait and switch on the schedule they’d discussed (M-F 8-5) for a totally different one (W-Su 10 PM-6 AM) and then low-balled the offer by $15k less than we talked about.

Senior QA Manager

Mid Easy Negative experience No offer 5 rounds

Applied online and got a Harver assessment like a week later. Scheduling was a mess, they didn't give me time options, so I had to email back and forth to get a time locked in. Then the recruiter canceled it to assign more assessments, like a QC exercise (8,000+ locked files), a presentation on QA trends, and a position statement with pivot tables and charts – all before I even talked to anyone. They sent the materials Sunday night for a Monday deadline. Overall, it was disorganized, too much prep, and a bad candidate experience. Felt like I was just jumping through hoops.

Mid Difficult Positive experience Decline offer 2 rounds

It's kinda tough 'cause you gotta pass the assessments first before getting to the final interview. For me, it was for the Search Engine campaign. When I joined the MSTeams meeting for the Final Interview, there were four interviewers who hit me with a bunch of situational questions. It went on for almost an hour, probably my longest interview ever lmao. All in all, the whole process took a while but went smoothly 'cause they kept me updated.
