Customer Support
It was completely unprofessional. They verbally offered me the job but later I found out that I wasn't actually offered the job and still had to interview. They didn't consider my time and weren't upfront about the whole job and position being dependent on the client's start date, and they kept pushing the date back. They wasted my time for a whole month. I had turned down other jobs because I thought I had been offered this one and was just waiting for the offer letter. The person I was talking to kept avoiding my questions about an offer letter and then finally admitted that I wouldn't be getting one, that I don't have the job, and that I have to interview again AND discuss pay, which they had already told me in the interview and never mentioned I'd have to negotiate.

Customer Support
It was a virtual interview process, but they were really welcoming and friendly. I applied and got an interview pretty quickly. The pandemic put a pause on the project I was supposed to be hired for, but they stayed in touch the whole time and gave me an offer as soon as a spot opened up.
