First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at TaskUs.
Content Moderator
It was a straightforward interview process, they just checked my abilities on different pop culture, political, and ideological topics to see where I fit best. I went for the political side, and I could identify the political leaders they asked about.
- Could you name some political leaders?
Content Moderator
The first interviews are basically just to check the stuff on your resume. If you make it through that, after about a week, they'll set up a final interview. This last one is pretty relaxed. They'll just ask you some standard interview questions.
- Do I understand the role
Content Moderator
The interview journey for this role involved a TASKUS BATANGAS assessment as the first step, followed by initial interviews. After that, there was a client assessment, and then the final interview. Finally, a Job Offer (JO) was presented. The initial interviews were pretty standard, so you just need to prep for the usual basic interview questions to get a good foundation. But the final interviews really focus on the specific account or position you're applying for. For example, in como, they'll hit you with questions like, what exactly is content moderation, what do content moderators actually do, what's good and bad about social media, and other related scenarios. I ended up declining the offer because the salary was just too low, no matter how long you've been in the BPO industry.
- What is content moderation?
- What are the responsibilities of content moderators?
- What is the positive and negative impact of socmed?
