Mid Average Negative experience No offer

The whole process was a waste of my time, and I've never experienced being ghosted like this before, especially not by a Director in the business. I had an interview set up, organized directly by the business (not through TA). The first one got cancelled on the day. I managed to reschedule, only for it to be cancelled again. Then I tried contacting the Director 3 times to reschedule, and each time I was ignored. What a terrible experience, I'm disappointed and it was a complete waste of time.

Mid Average Positive experience No offer 4 rounds

The interview process was collaborative and involved a REAL team and management. It started with a Phone Screen with the Recruiter, followed by a Video Interview with the Manager. Then, there was a Face to Face with the whole team (5 people), and finally, a Video Interview with the VP. Throughout this, Angela, Courtney, Megan, Erica, Bella, and Brandy were great, giving timely responses, helpful prep, and understanding about my schedule. They were encouraging but also honest about the role's expectations, which I appreciate. It's been an amazing process, and I can see this team and management genuinely care about their company's success, their people, and also how candidates are doing and feeling.
