It was a two stage interview. The first stage was a great conversation with Maria in HR, which went so well that I was excited for the second interview. This was scheduled for about a week later, and NOBODY SHOWED UP. There was no correspondence or communication whatsoever. A few weeks later, I got an email saying they'd found someone to interview me. So, I joined the call and it was a nice guy from Arizona, it was 2am for him which was a bit strange but ok. The conversation was very structured and not as good as the first time. I don't think I clicked as well with this guy. Fine, it didn't go so well, I can accept that. So after that, I never heard anything, even though I reached out to Maria. She responded and said she'd get back to me. Fast forward 3 weeks - NOTHING, no rejection email, nothing. Then, suddenly, they said they'd like to offer me a position of Operational Team Leader - which I didn't apply for. So, I responded saying this wasn't the role I applied for. I got an email back saying yes that's correct, that role has been filled so they are offering me this other one. It was 30K less than what I'm currently earning. I politely declined. So, in summary, it started off really great and just went downhill from there, with a lack of communication, lack of transparency, and lack of respect. I really do hope you take this feedback onboard, as I see too many companies with really bad recruitment processes, showing a complete lack of respect for candidates' time and abilities.

First off was a super quick 10-15 min Google Meet with a recruiter. Then, a wild personality test, like, at one point it asked how much seeing people get dismembered would bother me during my shift. After that, a vocab and pronunciation test, which felt weirdly like a call center job. To wrap it up, another Google Meet, this time with the hiring manager, but they seemed totally checked out, even took a call mid-interview. They finally got back to me a week later with a bait and switch on the schedule they’d discussed (M-F 8-5) for a totally different one (W-Su 10 PM-6 AM) and then low-balled the offer by $15k less than we talked about.

I passed 3 interviews and I have to tell that it was pleasure for me dealing with the recruitment team, but, also with the manager and the VP of the Company. Company's communication throughout the recruitment process has been truly exceptional! Afroditi Prifti was extremely helpful. She was very encouraging and supportive. She handled my case with a lot of patience and I am really glad and lucky that I got an opportunity to work with Afroditi, Maria and Nikos. The company showed me from the first interview professionalism, genuine interest and honesty about the role I was hoping to get so they made the process very easy and pleasant for me.
