Team Leader
It was smooth, they were checking if I could have a regular conversation and not just read from a script. It started over the phone or online to check my background shift preference and basic skills. Then it moved to an exam, followed by an Ops interview, and the final interview was usually with the client.
- Tell me about your favorite movie and the reasons behind your choice.
Team Leader
HR screening , L1 round more with ops manager as what was your career journey so far. L2 with Sr director who were rude and throwing up all their frustration and asking irrelevant questions and trying to prove you wrong and how incapable you are as a candidate.
- Could you describe the structure and responsibilities of a Business Analyst in your previous role?
- Given your career gap and time spent abroad, could you explain your decision to relocate back to India?
Team Leader
I went through 2 interview rounds, and HR confirmed I cleared them. I was told I'd get an offer letter and submitted all my documents for background verification. After I sent everything via email (since they didn't have a portal), they just ghosted me. It's super unprofessional, and now I'm worried about my documents being misused. The HR person stopped answering my calls even after confirming I got the job and an offer was coming soon. It's been over a month with zero contact. A company that matters would at least communicate. It's disappointing.
- What strategies do you use to encourage your team's performance?
