Behavioral

I put in my application via Linkedin. I eventually talked to HR - she was quite elusive and I actually had to call her because she was running late. After that, I had a 1-hour call with the hiring manager. I never heard back after that. I followed up, got ghosted, and followed up again. It just wasn't a good experience, felt pretty rude.

Behavioral Presentation Case

It was a 5 step process: first a 30 minute intro with talent acquisition, then an assessment/behavioral test, followed by a 30 minute call with the hiring manager. Then there was a 60 minute presentation which was a top grade sales role play, and finally a 60 minute call with executive leadership. The interview process was overall well run. TA was communicative at first and updates were timely. Later in the process there was more radio silence, but it wasn't too bad.

Technical Coding Behavioral

It was a pretty long process, with about 3 to 5 stages. First, there was a screening, then three technical interviews. After that, I had a final meeting with managers to discuss my career. Unfortunately, just a few hours before the final call, I was told they weren't hiring for the position anymore due to a change at the C-level. They said they didn't want to waste their time, which honestly felt like they had wasted mine too, especially since I had to adjust my schedule because of the time difference. I found their approach very unprofessional, and I wouldn't recommend applying if you care about your time and energy.

  • Could you review this code sample and offer feedback on its quality and any potential issues?
  • Discuss your career path with the managers.
  • Technical interviews were also part of the process.

Behavioral Technical

I applied on their website and also reached out to the CRO directly. A week later I got a rejection, but a week after that the VP of Talent called and emailed me to schedule an interview on behalf of the CRO. The interview was straightforward. After that, the VP of Talent told me I would take a cognitive and personality test and then interview with the hiring SVP. I took the test and passed. The VP of Talent then asked for dates and times for the SVP interview. I gave them, and then heard nothing for over a week. I followed up and was told the interview wasn't scheduled due to a family emergency but would be ASAP. Another week passed with no interview scheduled. I followed up again to finalize availability with the SVP. Still no response. Two days later, I got an email saying they'd moved on with other candidates. It was unprofessional scheduling, especially since I met their expectations and was qualified. I expected more from this reputable company. I hope others don't have this experience.
