Behavioral Technical

It started with a screening call and then an online assessment that took 45 minutes (GMAT-Like test for verbal and numeric skills + behavioural assessment). Then, the feedback on it was received a few days after the test was completed. However, they are not able to provide an accurate feedback on why they won't pursue the application, other than "we selected a candidate who was a better fit". Frustrating.

Behavioral Presentation Technical

It was a really thorough process with several interviews. They asked Situation/Action/Result questions, and I also had to do a presentation. There was a peer interview too, which was great because you get to hear from someone already on the team without any filter.

Behavioral Technical Other

It was a solid interview process, really felt like it mattered. Started with an internal recruiter chat, then a test for skills and personality. After that, I talked to my potential manager, then two coworkers. There was a values interview, and then a final interview with a higher-up. They really cared about fitting in with the culture and values. I chatted with 6 people who currently work there, which was super helpful to get a vibe for the team. The questions were tough but it felt like a normal conversation. Salesloft really values teamwork and being a good person, which is pretty unique for sales.
