Sales Development Representative
I got referred by someone I know. The first thing was a 30-45 minute phone chat with the internal recruiter to see if my background matched the job and if I was a good fit. Then, they asked me to record a 60-second video explaining why I was interested in the position. After that, I went to their office for a few interviews: a one-on-one with my potential manager, a two-on-one chat about culture, and a two-on-one interview with peers. Before the onsite interviews, I also had to complete a personality and cognitive test. Once the onsite was done, I had another call with the recruiter, and they offered me the job. The whole process was really good and they checked everything thoroughly. The team really cares about cultural fit and truly lives by their values.

Sales Development Representative
So this was a pretty complex interview process for an SDR role, I got referred by a friend. First, I got a call from a recruiter for a basic phone screening, she was new and out of state but super thorough. Then, I had to do a 30-60 second vidyard video on why I want to be an SDR at SL, the prompt went to my spam so I leaned on selling why I'd be good for SL. After that, there was an online 30 min assessment which was like an SAT and a personality quiz. Then a Zoom video with the hiring manager for a 'competency interview.' They sent a one-pager with SL facts and then I had to mock cold call the hiring manager back, we didn't break character or get feedback. The next step was the in-person interview, which was 2 hours long. First 30 min with 2 people not on my team about core values (know them, they're easy). Then 30 min peer interview with 2 people on my team. Lastly, a top grade interview with the hiring manager and director where you go over everything from schooling to resume gaps, like sharing your story. A day later, the recruiter called to check if I was 100% for SL since I had another offer. I slept on it, risking it, and called back the next day to accept. They officially offered that Monday.

Sales Development Representative
I applied online and heard back for a phone interview. Then they asked me to send in a 2-minute video. After I sent the video, they told me I was moving on and that the manager would be in touch. I emailed them about 4-5 business days later and they said they weren't moving forward with my application anymore, no other info.
